Make explains that a module action in a scenario generally counts as a credit. Zapier says workflow steps and external connector calls consume tasks, with some usage rates varying by action type. A multi-step workflow can therefore consume multiple units on either platform. For a fair comparison, price the exact workflow and monthly run count you expect rather than comparing 1,000 Make credits with 100 Zapier tasks directly.
