Benchmark Email Free Plan: what you actually get
Evidence checked September 14, 2026.
The low-risk reason to try Benchmark Email is straightforward: the free plan costs $0, supports up to 500 contacts and Benchmark's help center says you can start without a credit card. That is enough to test the editor, contact workflow, signup forms and basic automation before paying.
One user. No card required. Good for validating a small-list workflow before upgrading.
The current English homepage shows 2,500 free sends/month; Benchmark's Jan 21, 2026 KB says 3,500. Treat the live account/region limit as authoritative.
This is an official non-affiliate destination. COSHUMA has not submitted the Benchmark Email affiliate application because its form requires explicit acceptance of legal terms and privacy policy.

- You do not need additional users or a larger send allowance yet.
When Pro becomes worth checking
Benchmark's current US pricing page lists Pro from $19/month on monthly billing, with annual billing showing a lower effective monthly rate. Upgrade only when contact volume, sending volume or paid-plan capabilities justify the recurring cost; verify the live checkout before buying.
